A while back I wrote about how the terminal visor add-on would grow and grow eventually taking up the entire screen over time. In this article I stepped people how to reset visor.

But now, I'm going to make it even easier for you:

How? Easy! By giving you a pre-made preference file. Just download this file, unzip it (double click it using os x) and drop the com.apple.Terminal.plist file into your ~/Library/Preferences folder.

It will ask you if you want to overwrite your own file and you should say yet. Note that this will obviously reset your terminal preferences to be exactly like mine so if that's not what you want be sure to back up your com.apple.Terminal.plist first!

At the end of the day it's still a work-around for a rather annoying bug. Hope they eventually get around to fixing it..
